Store Design plays an imperative role in maintaining all of The Estée Lauder Companies counters and stores. Store Design also works directly with the brands on new counter/store projects and openings. It is the role of the Store Design team to ensure that these new fittings are installed in accordance with the respective Brand image and on time.
Organisation and time management capabilities are highly regarded in this department. All installations have a deadline and must be adhered to. Domestic travel is necessary to access new sites along with checking and obtaining floor plans.
In conjunction with organising new installations Store Design also organise maintenance on all counters and stores Australia wide. This may include investigating the core issue, booking shop fitters to carry out maintenance and maintaining a database of projects, maintenance, costings etc.
Our Store Design team have a strong working knowledge of design programs and is at an advanced level in working with Excel. Previous experience working within a retail design environment is highly desirable. This department operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, so it's ideal to have two to three years administration experience.
