The Estée Lauder Companies Human Resources team partner with our brands to provide a wealth of generalist support. Our Human Resources Business Partners work together on in-house recruitment, employee advisory, learning and development, performance management, employee benefits programs, policies and procedures and Workplace Health & Safety. In addition to this, the HR team provide support Australia-wide to our regional support offices, Department store Retail teams and freestanding stores.
Developing, recommending and administering approved Human Resource policies and activities ensure the availability and effective use of talent to achieve profitability and local business objectives. By utilising and supporting the Company’s management development systems, the HR team assists in the development and retention of talent.
All HR team members enter the business with a Business or Human Resources degree and have previous experience working in HR within a prestige product market.
Our Payroll team is responsible for paying approximately 1500 employees. Retail and Head Office employees are paid weekly and monthly respectively. High-level organisational and time management skills are key to being successful in this role as there are constantly deadlines to meet. The Payroll team are masters at attention to detail, as they input and monitor the accuracy of data.
