Our Global Consumer Communications (GCC) team handle all consumer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner ensuring that all communication adheres to Company Policy and Procedures and external Legislation. To work in this role an employee needs an extensive knowledge of ours brand’s products including usage recommendations, promotions and pricing. As such we have numerous employees who have worked on the retail floor and moved into GCC roles.
The talented team are experts in making on the spot decisions by determining the correct course of action for any enquiries or complaints. If you are interested in a position within this team is it essential that you have advanced knowledge in Excel, Access and Word programs.
