The Australian Estée Lauder Companies Distribution Centre is attached to our Head Office in Sydney. It's here that our entire product range across all brands is shipped from all over the world and then dispatched to pharmacies, stand alone boutiques and department stores across Australia.
The main areas of responsibility are:
- Receiving
- Inventory Locating
- Pick Pack Basic and Promotional Stock
- Label Rework
- Dispatch
This is very much a labour intensive role. Employees need to be fit and healthy as they need to be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to manually lift, pack and remove boxes. For Workplace Health and Safety reasons employees in our Distribution Centre must wear steel-capped boots and high visibility safety vests at all times. This role also requires the use of heavy machinery such as pallet pullers, forklifts etc.
