A Retail (Counter) Manager is responsible for training and development of their team. They demonstrate the highest standards customer service and maximize profits by driving sales and controlling expenses. They place importance on maintaining a collaborative, positive and effective work environment through team building and motivation. This role reports into the Sales and Education Executive or Manager Retail Operations.
