At any time, you may access your application to update or cancel your profile and/or resume ensuring the information The Estée Lauder Companies holds about you is complete, accurate and up to date.
Please be patient - we can receive hundreds of applications for one vacancy and it takes time to review your application because we take the time to look through each one. After reviewing applications either a Human Resources Business Partner or a Retail Field Manager will contact you direct by telephone if you're shortlisted. Unsuccessful applications will be notified via email.
Our Recruitment process differs slightly in each brand, however, they prescribe to a similar path. Usually the process is as follows:
• Initial Phone Screen (Phone Interview)
• Interview 1 - Face-to-face interview with a Retail (Counter) Manager or Retail Field Manager
• Interview 2 - Face-to-face interview with a Human Resources Business Partner or Head Office representative (depending on level of role)
• Two Reference Checks
