Lead, coach and develop teams to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets. This may include growing our business beyond our stores, counters and salons as well as emerging channels such as specialty multi and pharmacy.
Our sales executives are responsible for the delivery of retail sales and building relationships with retail teams through the management and leadership of ELC store and counter staff, freelancers and/or the education and coaching if point of sale teams. They also create and maintain strategic partnerships with retailers to oversee execution of seasonal and local brand plans/promotional calendars to drive enthusiasm and engagement with the consumer.

We have Education Managers who help our retail teams to develop talent and capabilities. Each brand has a unique philosophy and culture which our education team members help to communicate to Retail Managers, Beauty Advisors, Make Up Artists and consumers.
