A Sales and Education Executive (SEE) or Manager Retail Operations (MRO) may be more commonly referred to as an Area or Retail Field Manager. Our SEE’s / MRO's manage and lead a cluster of retail counters in one brand. The responsibilities for this role lies in both the pursuit of sales and the continual education and development of retail employees. An SEE’s / MRO's work life is on the road, travelling to and from various counters. It is preferable that an SEE / MRO has a minimum of 3 years of Sales experience preferably gained in relation to a prestige (luxury) product. A qualification or degree is highly desirable however not necessary. This role reports into the National Education Manager or State Manager.
